Job Description:
All listed activities will be performed in compliance with all applicable company customer/manufacturer-specific and aviation regulations; possibly in English.
Technical guidance and instruction of employees
Preparation and execution of extensive repairs new fabrications and assemblies in several authorized systems and material areas (e.g. metalwork carpentry upholstery composites etc.); depending on training and authorization; According to specific specifications (approved data)
Performing special manufacturing processes (e.g. machine bending tube bending etc.)
Setting up programming (if necessary) and performing maintenance and servicing of machines or test benches
Performing field service (e.g. replacing pipes installing carpets on-site repairs etc.)
Determining parts and material availability based on specified manufacturing documents
Selecting and using the necessary manufacturing processes equipment and tools
Creating simple manufacturing aids
Checking parts/components for correctness and completeness (e.g. correct type part numbers quantity etc.)
Removing and cutting semi-finished products and returning remaining stock
Reporting malfunctions defects and shortages
Preparing reconfiguring and if necessary adjusting assembly fixtures machines and manufacturing aids
Setting up measuring instruments and performing Measurements
Documenting and signing off on completed work and test results in the production route cards as part of the documented operator inspection (DOI); feedback in the RMS and time recording in the MES system
Performing maintenance and cleaning work on hand tools (riveting tools drills grinders etc.)
