Elsewhere Entertainment is looking for an AssociateQuestDesigner to join the development of a new IP.

As a member of theContent Teamyoullcreate fun andmemorablequestexperiences by designing and implementing the many types of content that players can engage with in our game.

Youllhelp us by
Collaborating with thequestnarrativelevel designteamsand other departments in craftinga cohesive experience forthe games locations characters content and plots.
Designing and implementing functionalquestsand becoming proficient in using our tools
Help express thestoryvisionvia excellent explorationdialoguegameplay and activities.
Providing constructive feedback on others work
Youreawesome because you have
Early professional experienceas a professional Game Designer (or some combination of applicable training and experience).
Experience with technical game design (implementation in tools game logic visual scriptingetc.)
Ability to collaborate and thrive as part of a creative team and comfortable with self-critique and accepting outside feedback
Creative problem-solving skills with a collaborative team-oriented approach
Experience pitching game design concepts in a clear detailed manner through strong written and verbal skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet agreed-upon timelines
Bonus points for
Experience with AAA games
Having made your own game as a side or indie project
Experience in adjacent fields such ascontent designnarrative designenvironmentart programmingetc.
Experience playing and/or crafting pen and paper board or trading card games
Enjoyment of playing a variety of video game genres and titles
