Purpose Statement: This role is responsible for continuously improving test performance and equipment troubleshooting complex issues supporting equipment installation and changes and providing technical guidance. Test engineers also play a key role in implementing and validating testing equipment and identifying best practices globally.
Key Job Accountabilities:
- Regarded as a go to technical specialist leader and mentor within their Manufacturing discipline; and/or regarded as a cross-discipline leader and mentor for product / process development process improvement or troubleshooting within site/ region as it applies to their role.
- Serves as a technical and/or project team lead providing technical guidance/ training controlling scope schedule budget and ensuring overall technical success on small to mid-size Plexus Manufacturing Processes as it applies to their role.
- Leads continuous improvement activities associated with their engineering discipline and/or project-level tools or processes as it applies to their role.
- Provides customer service leadership in project technical discussions business continuity and new proposal creation.
Education/Experience Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelors degree in Engineering or science is required; a Bachelors degree in Engineering or higher is preferred.
- Minimum Eight (8) years of related experience is required.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.

- Intermediate Verbal and Written Communications Skills
- Strong Analytical and statistical analysis Skills; Statistical Process Control Software Skills
