The S4 D&A Program Manager pays a crucial role in the S4 program. This role is actively participating in planning execution and successful delivery of Data & Analytics solutions impacted by S/4HANA. The S4 D&A Program Manager is actively supporting D&A Lead in managing complex dependencies coordinating diverse technical teams and ensuring that D&A remediation and future-state solutions are delivered effectively and on time.

You will:
Support the planning execution and oversight of D&A initiatives within the S4 program applying expertise in project management and Scrum principles to facilitate complex technical projects with a focus on delivery.
Foster strong collaboration between business units and technical teams and ensuring a shared understanding of requirements solutions and impacts.
Support effective remediation planning and execution to meet S4 program deadlines ensuring clear prioritization and diligent control of dependencies
Proactively identify and resolve potential disconnects or misalignments between business expectations and technical solutions throughout the S/4HANA lifecycle.
Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Manage communication across all stakeholders providing transparent project status updates and addressing dependencies/risks effectively.
Collaborate with diverse technical teams and business stakeholders to drive remediation efforts collaboratively and efficiently ensuring seamless integration of D&A solutions.
Develop comprehensive risk management and mitigation strategies for complex data projects minimizing potential disruptions.

What you need to know about this position:
This is a project role for approximately 2 years until 1st of June 2028. There is a possibility of a contract extension.
Main responsibilities:
Facilitate regular clear and concise communication and progress reporting to all key stakeholders including senior leadership business units and technical teams.
Provide program-level oversight for D&A changes and impacts driven by S/4HANA ensuring alignment with overall program goals.
Collaborate with D&A functional Leads and business stakeholders to ensure that program tasks are effectively managed and delivered across the business functions.
Identify track and manage solution dependencies ensuring integrated program delivery.
Proactively identify and resolve program-level impediments and challenges ensuring timely mitigation and minimal impact on timelines and deliverables.
Synchronize efforts across diverse teams to ensure integrated and efficient delivery of D&A solutions and remediation.
Engage with technical and business teams through all phases of the program ensuring successful execution and issue resolution.

Work schedule: after an induction period the role is 90% remote.
