About the Position
As a Senior Business Partner People & Culture youll step into Arts Centre Melbourne at a time of meaningful change and momentum. Youll partner with leaders to navigate complexity build trust and lift capability across the organisation helping shape what great looks like for our people experience.
Youll lead complex employee relations matters end-to-end provide clear and pragmatic HR and IR advice and play a key role in driving organisation-wide initiatives including transformation and Enterprise Agreement bargaining. Your work will balance immediacy and strategy supporting todays challenges while building for whats next.
This is a role for someone who can read the room cut through noise and bring people with them.
Full time ongoing position. Band 4.3 $114173.28 plus superannuation.

Youre a trusted advisor who knows how to build credibility quickly and influence with care and confidence.
