Position Summary:

The Medical Operations (MO) is a member of Medical Affairs team who is responsible for the project management and support of strategic planning (i.e. medical affairs annual budget medical affairs wide initiatives and projects process and others as needed) and operationalization of Medical Affairs events and activities including support to MSL team events medical congress vendor management addition MO leads and supports to establish SOP and medical congress booth for all products developed by Genmab in Japan.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a passionate high profile high-impact medical activities in Japan.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Support medical congress plan of each Genmab product in Japan and collaborate closely with MSL for planning support logistics and vendor management as applicable.
• Lead/support medical congress booth in collaboration with MSL and internal/external stakeholders.
• Payment management for Health Care Professionals and vendor based on contracted services.
• Provide logistic support and project management to medical events and activities (i.e. advisory boards coordination with HCPs vender management etc) as applicable
• Project management MA lead cross-wide projects or initiatives.
• Support medical affairs budget planning and tracking.
• Provide logistical support for investigator sponsored trials or research (IST/ISR) from submission review and approval through study activation / completion and publication with MSLs
• Support insights analysis for each product with MSLs
• Lead/support Japan publication operational plan for each Genmab product in Japan and collaborate closely with MSL and GMA
• Collaborate and support Japan and Global medical activities with internal stakeholders as applicable

Experience & Skills:

• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
• Proven ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional networks
• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills strong personal integrity teamwork abilities and a customer focus are necessary.
• Current working knowledge of country-specific legal regulatory and compliance regulations and guidelines relevant to industry interactions with healthcare professionals
• Ability to work cross-functionally with numerous internal stakeholders in a high-matrixed environment
• Must be able to organize prioritize and work effectively in a constantly changing environment
• Business English level required
