WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT:
The Technical Part:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil/Structural Engineering Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field with 5-8 years of construction experience.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills (English and Spanish)
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Shift: Administrative & according to business needs.
- Experience in
- $250M industrial and/or pharmaceutical projects.
- Constructability and design reviews.
- Construction safety on large projects

AS A PIECE OF FITS YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Work with Project Manager to develop a Construction Execution Plan.
- Work with Construction Firm to define field support requirements.
- Set up job site for pre-construction activities.
- Lead construction meetings and field coordination sessions
- Explore underground drawings and photo file for interferences.
- Procure Lilly permits.
- Maintain underground and job progress photo file.
- Record daily construction activities.
- Attend construction meetings.
- Manage project punch list.
- Review installed material and equipment.
- Participate in project closeout.
- Work with Contractors on warranty work.
