As a Dispatcher at Pro-Vac
You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our logistics team. Your responsibilities will range from managing key documentation to assisting with job site preparation all while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. This role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly and our customers satisfied.

- Communicate professionally and courteously: Youll be interacting with logistics personnel customers employees supervisors and managers so strong communication skills are a must.
- Ensure customer and client satisfaction: Always provide excellent customer service to ensure our clients are satisfied with our work.

Must Haves
- Extensive industry and/or dispatch experience
- Ability to help develop and improve the customer experience
- Transportation knowledge of principles and methods for moving trucks through traffic including the relative costs and benefits
- Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly to others
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday (1:00 pm - 9:00 pm) with weekend rotation
Pay Range:
$60000 plus annually
