The Manufacturing Assembler willbe responsible forusinga variety of hand & power tools fixtures work instructions and test equipment to perform a series of operations to correctly assemble the final product.The Assembler will be expected to read and interpret work orders parts list and sales orders as well asposition parts and examine connections for the correct fit. The Assembler will also perform repairs as needed and report errors in the assembly line.
The Job:
As an Assembleryoullbe working as anonsiteemployee.
Youllget to:
Refer and adhere tomanufacturing calendar forup to dateproduction schedule
Use hand and light duty power tools to assembleproduct
Check build kit for accuracy of parts
Build out order to customer specifications
Ensure machine quality according to specifications
Follow documented policies and procedures asdesignatedby the companys Quality System
Follow detailed assembly instructionsprocessesand procedures
Complete required documentation relating to business or regulatory requirements
Ensure all parts are fitted and installed properly and report errors promptly
Maintain a safe clean and organized work area tofacilitatemanufacturing functions
The Person:

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Basic reading writingcomputerand arithmetic skills
Basic computer skills and standard application program knowledge
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rulesoperatingand maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
Willingness to perform assembly operations in multiplework stations
Willingness and ability to work overtime when
Ability tolift/handle up to 50lbs. daily and follow all safety and company rules
Demonstration ofapositivecan doattitude
Abilityto work independently and in a team environment
Participates as an active member of the production assembly team
