With offices in the UK US and Singapore we pride ourselves on providing outstanding service to all our guests from the moment they begin their research online right the way through to post-vacation OpportunityWe are seeking an Operations Executive for our Explorers programme to deliver exceptional employee experience from onboarding training and retaining the employee so that we operate a successful Explorers kids club alongside the Operation and People team to successfully onboard train and organise travel and employee package for employees working in Explorers clubs in a timely continually evaluate and discuss ideas to review the experience for an employee and effectiveness of the processesEnsure that all HR administration is completed in a timely manner and is legally compliant including contracts work permits visas policies handbooks and the Operations team with administration tasks when and manage staff travel in conjunction with the Operations with training required and work with the Operations teams on all induction and training of team for setting up employees on online training platforms ensuring that learning is completed and recorded and all relevant policies are shared for commencing the Operations team to ensure each programme is delivered effectively including set up shut down and peak duties that derive from these responsibilities include but are not exclusive to:Sourcing staff throughout the season for peak weeks replacements or emergency all administrative tasks within the designated timeframes with accuracy including reference checks DBS/Police checks First Aid courses insurance reporting Timesheet records and employee personal all team members receive all the required information including policies uniform requirements and a detailed up to date record is all employee queries both internally and externally in a professional and timely the operations team on training to ensure all team members have the required and book all staff travel when required ensuring the best route in terms of cost and uniform ensuring each employee has requirementsSupport and assist resort teams (Explorers and GRMs) during set up peak and shut down & Behaviours All employees must promote understand and apply Scott Dunns workplace values.
