Requirements:

The ideal person will have at least a years experience in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality that is reliable and willing to learn as part of this growing team.

Weekend availability

Duties will include:

Organise the preparation and presentation of all breakfast menu items ensuring a high standard is met.
Ensuring the breakfast service is prompt and efficient.
Ensuring the correct storage and handling of food whilst ensuring that stock rotation and security procedures are adhered to.
Minimise and control the wastage of food.
To comply with all Company food hygiene. Health and safety fire and COSHH regulations.
