The Senior Manager for Finance Analytics will lead strategic initiatives to optimize commercial and financial performance through advanced analytics. This role requires a visionary leader with expertise in retail analytics finance strategies and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to enhance commercial and financial performance using advanced analytics.
Lead initiatives to analyze market trends consumer behavior and competitive dynamics to drive sales and profitability.
Hands on financial modeling and analysis to support budgeting forecasting and strategic planning.
Advanced Analytics: Utilize cutting-edge analytics tools to provide actionable insights and drive business decisions.
Team Development: Manage team of analysts fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing sales and finance teams to align analytics initiatives with business objectives.
Technical experience in
Python Development SQL R GenAI
Unit TestingCollaborate closely with cross functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable reporting solutions.
Ensure data quality validation and transformation logic aligns with business rules and reporting standards.
Experience in CPG / Retail / Healthcare industry would be good to have
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in business marketing data science or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
Experience: At least relevant years in revenue growth management pricing analytics or a related field with significant experience in senior Manager role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Python R SQL GenAI and advanced Excel; experience with market mix modeling software.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams manage projects and drive change within an organization.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Experience in the consumed goods retail industry is highly desirable.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
