Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplishedSenior Lead Engineerwith deep expertise inJavaReact and modern cloud-native development to join our highperforming engineering organization. As a Senior Lead Engineer you will be responsible for driving the endtoend design development and delivery of scalable highperformance enterprise applications. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teamsincluding product design QA and infrastructureto shape technical strategy uphold engineering excellence and guide the team toward successful project addition to building robust software solutions you will mentor junior engineers champion best practices and help establish long-term technical roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of large-scale mission-critical applications usingJavaReact and modern architectural patterns.
Provide technical leadership across the full software development lifecycle from requirements analysis to deployment and monitoring.
Architect scalable secure and performant systems aligned with business and product goals.
Mentor coach and guide engineering team members fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
Collaborate with product managers designers and other engineering teams to define technical requirements and ensure alignment.
Drive adoption of best practices in coding testing CI/CD cloud architecture and DevOps.
Oversee code reviews technical design reviews and engineering process improvements.
Troubleshoot complex issues conduct rootcause analysis and implement durable solutions.
Contribute to the evolution of the teams technical strategy engineering standards and long-term roadmap.
Apply and advocate for the effective use ofagentic AI development tools(e.g. Devin AI) to accelerate software development and improve productivity.

Qualifications - External

Required Skills & Qualifications

Extensive hands-on experiencebuilding enterprise-grade applications usingJavaand modern.
Strong understanding of React fundamentals including:
- React Hooks
- Context API
- State management (e.g. Redux)
Proven experience withresponsive UI design cross-browser compatibility and front-end performance optimization.
Solid understanding of backend architecture microservices REST APIs and integration patterns.
Hands-on expertise withcloud platformssuch as AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
Experience withcontainerization and orchestration(Docker Kubernetes).
Proficiency withCI/CD toolsand release automation (e.g. Jenkins GitLab CI GitHub Actions).
Demonstratedtechnical leadership including mentoring and motivating engineering teams.
Strong problem-solving analytical thinking and architectural reasoning skills.
Excellentcommunication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to excel in afast-paced agile environment.
Experience usingagentic AI tools(e.g. Devin AI) for software development and workflow automation.
