Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Pega Developer with 68 years of hands-on Pega development experience and strong expertise in AI/ML and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will design and deliver Pega solutions integrated with modern LLM and RAG-based capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance applications on the Pega Platform following best practices and guardrails.
- Design and integrate AI/ML and GenAI capabilities into Pega workflows.
- Work with leading LLMs (Gemini OpenAI Claude Mistral Llama etc.).
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines and LLM-powered applications (Vertex AI Hugging Face etc.).
- Create reusable prompt engineering strategies and templates.
- Implement AI agentbased use cases and ensure model safety quality and guardrail adherence.
