Airgas is hiring for a Vending Machine Technician in the Highpoint NC Area!

We are looking for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and service vending machines and related inventory systems at customer sites to foster a seamless experience.

  • Analyze and resolve technical issues with hardware and software bringing your unique perspective to solve complex puzzles.

  • Navigate and manage a service vehicle to visit various customer locations maintaining a high standard of safety and care.

  • Collaborate with the sales team and customers to ensure the machines are stocked with the right products to meet their needs.

  • Ideally you bring experience with basic electrical or mechanical systems but we are most interested in your potential and your commitment to learning.

  • Maintain precise records of service calls and inventory contributing to the overall quality of our operations.

  • Guide and support customers in the use of new equipment fostering understanding and confidence in our technology.

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid Drivers License

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Forklift License preferred.

  • Proven excellence in Customer Service/Product Delivery.

  • Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills.

  • Self-driven organized and detail-oriented.

  • Thrives under pressure and meets deadlines independently.

  • Skilled in collaborating with diverse personalities.

  • Proficient in reading safety data sheets.

  • Adept at analyzing and resolving customer issues.

  • Comfortable working in a drug-free environment.
