As a Security Officer - Patrol in Crete NE you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a busy food and beverage location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas complete routine rounds and remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will document observations respond to requests and provide clear courteous customer service to employees and visitors. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal post orders security-related procedures location-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting actions taken and notifying the appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas warehouses offices parking areas and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Control access at designated entry points by checking identification verifying authorization for entry and directing drivers contractors and visitors to the proper locations.
• Complete routine security-related reports such as shift logs incident reports and patrol activity records and communicate relevant information during shift transitions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
