Position Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our leadership team while actively contributing to community outreach and relationship-building initiatives. This role blends administrative expertise with public-facing engagement requiring excellent communication organization and experience in medical office operations.


Key Responsibilities


What Youll Do

  • Provide executive-level administrative support including calendar management correspondence and meeting coordination

  • Assist with community outreach and relationship-building representing the practice professionally

  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

  • Support medical office operations including scheduling patient communication and workflow coordination

  • Prepare reports presentations and other documentation as needed

  • Assist with project management and special initiatives

What Were Looking For

  • Strong speaking interpersonal and public-facing skills

  • Experience in medical office operations or management

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in ASC (Ambulatory Surgery Center) or OBL (Office-Based Laboratory) surgical environment

  • Previous experience in marketing outreach or community engagement
