AI PlatformSystem Storage Intern i-0059

As an AI Platform/System Storage Intern at KIOXIA you will be part of the Engineering Management team assisting in defining our strategy for rapidly growing AI platforms/systems serving AI applications. Your role involves researching current AI systems/platforms implementing storage use cases and analyzing trends. We are looking for self-motivated and inquisitive students eager to challenge themselves and gain knowledge about emerging technologies while making meaningful contributions.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding AI platforms/systems including key components such as GPU xPU memory storage and networking
  • Target AI platforms/systems including not only hyperscale providers but also Neocloud
• Research implementation on storage in those AI platforms/systems
• Research use cases for those AI platform/systems
• Summarize above and analyze the trend and/or direction of need for storage for AI systems/platforms

Qualifications :

• Pursuing degree from four year university BA/BS/MS degree in engineering computer science mathematics statistics data analysis data science information services marketing and/or business/economics is preferable (however other degrees will also be considered)
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Curiosity about AI infrastructure/platform/system AI related technologies and cloud services
• Comfortable communicating with cross-functional teams

The expected salary for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hour.
