Job Summary

Job Description

Unload grain and grain by-products from trucks and rail cars

Opening gates and doors on both trucks and rail cars

Must be able to handle vibrators car door openers spud bars & sledge hammers

Maintain a clean and safe work environment and facility

Must be able to distinguish different products and report any abnormities to supervisor

Be able to work a combination of 8 10 & 12 hour shifts consisting of days nights & weekends.

Work is physically demanding dirty and exposed to outside elements

Follow instructions of Superintendent Assistant or Lead

Follow all LDC safety rules and procedures

Responsible for a clean work area clean facility and general maintenance

Must wear all required PPE for the jobs being performed

Assist in all areas of the facility as needed
