Sharepoint Expert

Group Communications is now looking to hire a person specialized on SharePoint to be based in the Manila office. The person will report to the Head of Corporate and Internal Communications located in Solna Sweden. The person will belong to a global team of about ten persons located in the Nordics Europe and Brazil.

Scope of Duties

• Manage and maintain the SharePoint system environments.
• Help with practical work on SharePoint Communication sites for our organization of 18000 colleagues in 40 countries.
• Assistance with practical work in a project where we need to rearrange our entire landscape of SharePoint Communication sites - 500 sites with site owners all across the world and containing scattered and duplicated information that needs to be collected in a more orderly fashion.
• Provide expert input with a collaborative and proactive attitude to the structure governance and branding which will be decided by the project leader for our internal communications platforms (being part of the same team).
• Take responsibility and structure own work based on guidelines from the team.
• As a SharePoint Technology Expert you will develop technology roadmaps and business cases that assist with the execution of business strategies.
• Review and understand industry trends; develop technology architecture plans for both on-premises and cloud offerings.
• Develop design concepts implementation plans device setup and configuration settings maintenance plans and assist with troubleshooting as needed.
• Stay current with industry products services protocols and standards; educate staff and management on trends strategies and best practices.

Qualifications :

Qualifications

• Very good English language skills.
• Expert knowledge in SharePoint (meriting if basic knowledge in other M365 tools)
• Knowledge of technical possibilities in these tools including for example advanced permission settings and use of the different web parts connections to other apps etc.
• Meriting with technical knowledge including how to organize content in an AI-optimized way (for example how to structure tag and name documents).
• Basic skills and knowledge in the communication area in general. Meriting with understanding for internal communications in a sprawling global organization.
• Good eye for user friendly layout knowledge about how to follow brand guidelines and similar. General UI/UX understanding.
