The Senior Team Leader SoHo Recruits and leads a highperforming Telesales team responsible for retaining growing and migrating customers with fewer than 10 employees to the Vodafone brand. The role supports the business strategy ensures sales targets are met drives revenue growth excellent customer experience and strong pipeline management while ensuring compliance with SLAs coaching for performance and enabling consistent commercial outcomes across the SoHo segment. Direction setting and encouraging a coaching and career development culture are vital to this position.
What youll do
- Lead coach and develop a SoHo Telesales team to deliver sales targets retention outcomes and operational KPIs
- Drive customer migration from Three to Vodafone ensuring a seamless experience and brandenhancing interactions
- Embed new propositions and support trading priorities ensuring the team is equipped to sell and upsell effectively
- Lead the team through change providing clarity stability and support during transformation
- Recommend improvements to processes efficiency and customer outcomes across the SoHo Telesales journey
Qualifications :
Who you are
- Leadership Proven experience leading sales teams in a fastpaced Telesales or contactcentre environment
- Demonstrable success delivering against sales margin and retention targets
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of telecoms products services and customer needs
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams
- Skilled in CRM systems and performance management tools
