- Oversee recruitment development and succession planning for your team including workshare across the sector

- Ensure delivery excellence across all projects by maintaining high standards of quality safety and client satisfaction.
- Implement digital and AI initiatives within the sector and uphold project governance and delegation of authority requirements.
- Actively participate in technical and project management roles including GNGs project risk reviews and governance reviews.
- Champion a Quality Mindset and ensure the consistent application of AECOMs policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Project Management or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g. PMP RICS) are an advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management and technical delivery within the engineering or construction industry.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing large-scale projects particularly in the relevant sector (e.g. infrastructure roads or highways).
- Strong leadership and team development skills with a focus on fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Excellent client engagement abilities with a demonstrated history of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proficient in project governance and risk management with experience in implementing approval processes.
- Knowledge of digital initiatives and their application within the engineering sector.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and navigate organizational change.
- A commitment to quality safety and continuous improvement.
