The Tour Desk Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Tour Desk ensuring tours are processed efficiently data is accurate and coordination with Sales Representatives runs smoothly. This role supports and guides team members manages schedules and helps maintain consistent processes and service standards. The Tour Desk Manager also monitors tour assignments reviews reports and addresses any issues that may impact daily operations ensuring the team stays organized productive and aligned with company expectations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare schedules for the Tour Desk employees
- Oversee daily check in of Sales Representatives
- Manage the check in process of all tours
- Supervise tour data entry information for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate assignment of tours to Sales Representatives
- Oversee the preparation and review of daily Tour Desk reports
- Order materials and supplies as needed
- Support Tour Desk employees with any questions and concerns
- Conduct and process performance evaluations
- Oversee all Tour Desk operations
Qualifications :
Experience:
- 4 years of experience in Tour Desk operations or related hospitality role preferred
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- Experience in timeshare hospitality or sales support environment a plus
Education & Certifications:
- Fifth year college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills/Knowledge:
- Strong leadership and team support skills
- Effective communication and teamwork
- Organization and scheduling ability
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of Tour Desk operations and tour flow
- Knowledge of check-in processes and tour assignments
- Familiarity with data entry and reporting practices
- Basic knowledge of inventory and supply management
- Experience using scheduling and reporting systems
