Votre mission

En tant que Business Development Manager Treatment Mixer H/F vous êtes responsable du développement rentable et durable de la gamme Flygt Mixers sur votre périmètre. Véritable pilote du business vous définissez et déployez la stratégie commerciale développez les opportunités clés et positionnez nos solutions comme des références sur le marché.

Vos principales responsabilités

  • Piloter les objectifs de ventes et le budget régional de la gamme Mixers

  • Développer les ventes projets en amont et influencer les prescriptions auprès des bureaux détudes consultants et ingénieurs

  • Construire développer et gérer le pipeline commercial régional et la stratégie de canaux

  • Animer et accompagner les partenaires et réseaux de vente indirects afin datteindre les objectifs

  • Agir comme expert produit régional en apportant des insights marché prix et concurrence

  • Analyser la performance business et les conditions de marché et définir des plans dactions pour atteindre les objectifs financiers

  • Identifier les besoins du marché le positionnement concurrentiel et les tendances technologiques

  • Mener des études de marché des actions Voice of Customer et des visites clients en lien étroit avec le Product Management global

  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Marketing et Product Management pour déployer des plans de lancement régionaux et locaux (lancements produits applications thought leadership)

  • Assurer des formations produits des lancements et un rôle de conseil auprès des clients et partenaires

Profil recherché

Nous recherchons un(e) professionnel(le) orienté(e) résultats avec une forte culture commerciale :

  • Expérience confirmée dans un poste similaire en business development / ventes idéalement dans un environnement technique ou industriel

  • La connaissance des mixers ou des solutions de traitement de leau constitue un atout majeur

  • Capacité à piloter le business de manière autonome avec une approche business owner

  • Forte posture commerciale orientée conquête et développement de nouvelles opportunités

  • Capacité démontrée à gagner de nouveaux projets stratégiques et à développer des comptes à fort potentiel

  • Aisance dans un environnement international et transverse avec de solides capacités de collaboration

Our Flygt brand is a global leader in mixing solutions for public utilities and industrial applications. We are now looking for a Business Development Manager to accelerate the growth of our Mixer business.

You will join a highly skilled and motivated team driven by performance innovation and purpose .

Your role

As Business Development Manager Treatment Mixer you will be responsible for driving profitable and sustainable growth of the Flygt Mixer product line within your region. Acting as a true business owner you will define and execute the commercial strategy develop key opportunities and position our solutions as best-in-class.

Key responsibilities

  • Own regional sales targets and budget for the Mixer business

  • Lead front-end project sales and drive specifications through consultants and engineers

  • Develop manage and grow the regional sales funnel and channel strategy

  • Manage and support indirect sales channels and partners to achieve their targets

  • Act as the regional product expert providing market pricing and competitive insights

  • Monitor business performance and market conditions defining actions and countermeasures to achieve financial targets

  • Understand market requirements competitive positioning and market & technology trends

  • Conduct product-related market research Voice of Customer initiatives and customer visits in close collaboration with the global Product Management team

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product Management to deploy regional and local launch plans (product launches application focus thought leadership)

  • Deliver product training sessions launches and customer consultancy

Profile

We are looking for a results-driven professional with a strong commercial mindset :

  • Proven experience in a similar business development or sales role ideally within a technical or industrial environment

  • Knowledge of mixers or water treatment solutions is a strong advantage

  • Ability to drive the business autonomously with a strong sense of ownership

  • Strong sales attitude with a hunter mindset and the ability to create new opportunities

  • Demonstrated ability to win new strategic projects and grow high-impact business

  • Comfortable working in a cross-functional and international environment collaborating closely with regional and global teams
