In this role you will work closely with product managers program managers software engineers and operations stakeholders to build new tools and capabilities to help Reverse Logistics Operators at sites create and monitor operations plans more effectively. You will deliver product solutions which are required to ensure customer trust is never eroded with bad actors. You will be an expert in optimizing inventory flow to ensure accurate item condition grading optimized recovery and best-in-class customer experience.
Key job responsibilities
Establish partnerships with Return Center operations teams and technology vendors to secure advanced hardware and software solutions that enhance operational visibility flow monitoring and station optimization across the returns network.
Define clear metrics and KPIs for operational tool performance ensuring these indicators reflect the effectiveness of station assignment algorithms shift planning accuracy and flow monitoring systems in improving associate productivity and throughput.
Construct a robust analytics framework that delivers actionable insights into station utilization shift performance and flow patterns enabling data-driven enhancements to operational planning and execution systems.
Implement a framework for collaboration with regional Return Center stakeholders to address unique operational use cases that impact station assignment shift planning and flow monitoring tools ensuring global initiatives accommodate local requirements while maintaining a cohesive strategy.
Drive end-to-end product delivery from conception through launch managing feature tradeoffs and prioritization to maximize impact on associate experience operational efficiency and network capacity utilization.
Own and drive the product roadmap strategy for operational technology solutions balancing short-term Return Center needs with long-term strategic initiatives to continuously improve station assignment shift planning and flow monitoring capabilities through direct stakeholder engagement and on-ground coordination.
- 5 years of product or program management product marketing business development or technology experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Masters degree or equivalent
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
