Job Purpose:

岗位目的: 帮助团队成员成功地满足安全要求质量水平节拍时间要求和绩效目标

Job Duties:

岗位职责:

执行和监督本班组人员遵守公司的安全规定并对其负责执行并监督本班组人员遵守公司的各项规章制度并对其负责确保本班组按照质量标准技术标准及材料消耗标准完成生产任务满足PQVC 的目标

贯彻和监督本组人员执行5S标准和设备的TPM工作按流程主持班前会和班后会掌握区域内全部站位认证参与生产线日常生产操作向操作者布置生产任务和工作安排做好协调工作

根据工作需要调配班组的工作人员和工作岗位减少加班把工作中遇到问题及时准确反馈到直接主管正确传达上级要求协调团队出现的问题及时更新和维护本区域的看板和电子数据内容确保数据准确性及时性

响应员工现场提出的PQVC问题执行stop to fix 流程触发Andon 组织支持部门成员现场讨论快速达成临时措施执行必要的返工以快速恢复生产

组织本区域新员工的培训工作建立和执行交叉培训计划

理解生产区域的工作流程参与实施变革以实现未来状态价值流图参与执行LEAN的指导原则并且努力工作以确保LEAN的成功实施理解和发现浪费

作为LEAN 的参与人参加流程问题分析帮助确定根源参加流程改进对话提出持续改进意见提供反馈参与实施构想参与制定标准化工作主管布置的其他工作

Background/Experience:

任职资格:

机械相关专业职校及以上学历

1-2年及以上发动机相关装配或测试相关工作

有团队管理经验熟悉产品制作流程

熟练使用办公软件例如AQE Excel PowerPoint Word

掌握LEAN 工具优先考虑

有较强的沟通能力及组织能力
