OnsiteReporting directly to Finance Manager the Finance Specialist will be responsible for bank-related treatment and finance related issues including Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable VAT return and Withholding tax payment & filing Fixed Assets and Administration to support timely and accurately monthly closing & reporting and comply with local GAAP & Corporate /Collins policies & procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Check the consistency of the quotation vs. shipment report and issue invoices and maintenance list to the trade customers; prepare AR aging report collection forecast and collect the payment.
Intercompany invoicing reconciliation and collection make foreign exchange payment plan and prepare payment information.
Prepare the warehousing details and check the amount of inventory goods accounts payable customs duties and VAT purchased; receive invoices prepare AP report and confirm if the goods are received.
Monthly reconciliation with customers and suppliers according to accounts receivable and accounts payable reports.
Pay customs duties and VAT on imported goods according to the payment application form prepare withholding tax and the filing and prepare and submit tax refund information.
Bank related treatment. VMF creation and maintenance on e-banking. Process the payment application and e-banking payment with auditing invoices to ensure the accuracy and completeness. Handle the bank receipt and counter business.
Maintenance and physical counts of fixed assets annually.
Assistant on external/internal audit by providing the documents.
Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree.
Certificate of junior accountant title
Work experience as Finance specialist for at least 3 years prefer with both AR and AP experience. A foreign company background will be a plus.
CET-4. Proficient in English writing and reading.
Strong communication skills.
Strong numerical skills written and verbal reasoning skills.
Team work player.
Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Word and Excel.
