Job Summary

Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT) School Setting

Location: Walterboro South Carolina
Job Type: Contract (43 Weeks School Year)
Shift: Day Shift 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (All hours billable)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to support students in a school-based setting for the academic year. The therapist will work across two school locations providing services to help students develop and improve the skills needed for daily living and academic success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide occupational therapy services to students in school settings

  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans (IEPs)

  • Assess student needs and track progress toward therapy goals

  • Collaborate with teachers parents and school staff

  • Support students in improving motor skills sensory processing and functional abilities

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reports

  • Manage caseload across multiple school locations

Assignment Details

  • School Year:

  • Total Hours: 37.5 hours per week

  • Locations:

    • Forest Hills Elementary

    • Black Street Early Childhood Center

Required Qualifications

  • Active South Carolina Occupational Therapist (OT) License

  • Experience in a school-based setting (preferred)

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage caseload across multiple sites
