Employment Type: Full-Time Employment
Work Setup: Onsite onboarding for a two to four weeks followed by a transition to a remote setup.
Work Schedule: Night Shift (Following U.S. Pacific Time Zone)
Location: Eastwood Libis Quezon City
Salary Package: Up to 55000 PHP/Monthly
Position Overview
Intelassist is a remote staffing and outsourcing partner that builds dedicated teams supporting healthcare finance architecture/engineering customer care and back-office operations. We are looking for an SEO Content Strategist who understands that strong content starts with people not just keywords.
This role is focused on translating real business challenges into clear useful content that aligns with how decision-makers search think and evaluate solutions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can connect search intent with meaningful insights creating content that not only ranks but genuinely resonates with the audiences we serve.
The right person will play a key role in shaping how Intelassist shows up in search capturing demand around outsourcing while thoughtfully introducing a more structured long-term approach to building remote teams.
Key Responsibilities
Keyword Research & Blog Writing
- Identify and prioritize keywords based on search intent and volume
- Build structured keyword clusters across outsourcing BPO and operational topics
- Analyze competitor content and uncover gaps in positioning and coverage
- Translate keyword insights into clear actionable content plans
- Write high-quality SEO-driven blog articles (typically words)
- Structure content for clarity readability and logical flow
- Maintain a consistent tone that is professional thoughtful and easy to understand
AI / LLM Optimization (GEO)
- Structure content to perform well in AI-generated search environments (ChatGPT Google SGE Perplexity)
- Organize information with clear headings concise explanations and strong semantic relevance
- Continuously adapt content based on how search behavior is evolving
On-Page SEO & Optimization
- Optimize meta titles descriptions headers and internal linking
- Ensure keyword usage feels natural and aligned with the content
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine and improve existing pages
Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
- Track performance using tools such as Google Search Console Ahrefs or SEMrush
- Identify opportunities to improve rankings engagement and relevance
- Update and refine content based on performance insights and changing search trends using tools like AnswerThePublic and Reddit
Qualifications
- 25 years of experience in SEO content writing or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of keyword research and search intent
- Proven ability to write structured high-quality blog content (portfolio required)
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs SEMrush AnswerThePublic or similar platforms
- Ability to translate complex topics into clear practical content
- Strong attention to detail and content organization
Preferred Experience
- Experience writing about outsourcing / BPO environments
- Familiarity with healthcare topics such as revenue cycle or patient access
- Exposure to AI-driven search and content optimization for LLMs
