What Youll Do

In this role you will:
Drive adoption and optimization of Sales processes and systems
Maintain & enhance ETI processes Customer Master data and services workflows (Returns Recycling VAS etc.)
Consolidate business needs and translate them into clear process & system requirements
Contribute to design & delivery of new solutions as part of an Agile Product Team (EBP/SAP)
Document existing processes and propose structured improvements
Support global change initiatives and the rollout of Sales tools
Test new developments to ensure high-quality system releases
Train support and guide Sales teams SSC/VC teams and frontline users
Provide insights to strengthen global strategies platforms and continuous improvement efforts

Competencies Were Looking For

We are seeking a professional with competence such as:

• Strong ability to design document and optimize business processes
• Experience creating and maintaining clear structured process documentation
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear concise communication
• Skilled in coordinating process communication to Sales teams
• Understanding of internal controls compliance and best practices
• Ability to balance effective processes with safe and sound sales practices
• Strong knowledge of the total Coromant offering including Services
• Proven ability to influence lead and collaborate across global teams
• Strong multi-tasking skills and comfort working under pressure
• General IT understanding and proficiency with Microsoft Office
• High-level presentation skills across multiple mediums
• Experience with SAP and related business systems
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust at all levels

• Bachelors degree or equivalent within Sales & Marketing
• Solid understanding of Commercial or Business Operations
• Experience working in international environments
