• Spearhead the definition and documentation of innovative business requirements turning complex stakeholder needs into streamlined technical specifications.

• Drive continuous improvement by identifying and executing opportunities to simplify and scale global business processes for maximum effectiveness.

• Own the integrity of business systems by leading comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet rigorous standards.

• Champion knowledge transfer across the organization by creating high-impact training materials and comprehensive process documentation.

• Deliver data-driven insights to upper management through the generation of essential business reports that influence strategic decision-making.

Essential Skills & Experience

• You possess a Bachelors degree in Business IT or a related field with a proven ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions.

• You are a master communicator with fluent English proficiency and a talent for engaging stakeholders at every organizational level.

• You have practical hands-on experience in process mapping requirements gathering and professional documentation.

• You thrive in dynamic environments demonstrating meticulous attention to detail while managing shifting priorities with ease.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with Oracle Oracle iStore Salesforce or subscription-based business models.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools like Domo or knowledge of SQL.

• Familiarity with AI tool utilization or basic GNSS knowledge.
