Skills and Qualifications:
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Mern/Full-stack developer who will be responsible for designing developing & deploying scalable web applications using MERN stack as well integrating with Oracle and SQL databases to support business needs. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in software development principles along with 7 years of experience working on full stack projects. This role requires an individual who can work collaboratively within our team has excellent problem-solving skills & is able communicate complex ideas effectively with non-technical stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design develop and deploy scalable web applications using MERN stack
2. Implement business logic to integrate Oracle databases for data retrieval
3. Design develop RESTful or GraphQL-based services as needed for application functionality.
4. Work closely together on the development team collaborate provide input into technical decisions & contribute towards improving coding standards
5. Develop automated testing scripts in order ensure high-quality releases
6. Collaborate with other teams (e.g. ops product) when needed to resolve any issues related system integration or performance optimization.
7. Participating daily stand-up meetings and providing regular updates on progress toward project goals
8. Ensure code quality follow best practices for coding standards & adhere companys security guidelines
9. Lead development of technical solutions documentation as appropriate (e.g. architecture diagrams)

Requirements:
Technical Skills:
o Strong understanding MERN stack and its components
o Experience with Oracle databases
o Familiarity SQL database concepts query optimization techniques
o Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g. JavaScript)
o Knowledge of agile development methodologies

Soft Skills:
o Excellent problem-solving skills strong analytical thinking & communication
o Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities
o Experience working with cross-functional teams
