Position Description:

PingWind is seeking a Scrum Master responsible for facilitating Agile execution and coordination across MODES III task activities ensuring effective sprint planning transparent workflow management and timely delivery of dashboard-driven reporting in support of Government decision-making.

Typical Responsibilities/Tasks:

Leads Agile ceremonies and practices to support Task 2 and Task 3 activities ensuring teams operate in accordance with Agile principles and Government priorities.
Facilitates sprint planning daily stand-ups sprint reviews and retrospectives to promote transparency accountability and continuous improvement.
Coordinates with functional teams to ensure task activities dependencies and progress are accurately reflected in O&E and IT Cybersecurity and Data Operations dashboards.
Oversees the integration of reporting data into interactive dashboards ensuring real-time visibility into task status metrics and performance trends.
Identifies and mitigates impediments to team progress escalating risks and issues as needed to support timely resolution.
Collaborates with the Program Manager and technical leads to align Agile execution with contractual deliverables reporting requirements and Government-approved processes.
