Job Summary
Behavioral Healthcare Provider job in Massillon Ohio.
What Youll Do
- Provide group treatment for youth with court orders or clinically assessed need.
- Provide individual one-on-one therapy sessions for assigned youth on the mental health caseload.
- Provide clinical summaries and reports of youth progress or barriers to progress.
- Ensure meticulous completion of all necessary documentation.
- Collaborate closely with BHS to facilitate seamless service delivery.
What Youll Need
- Bachelors Degree
- Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) by Ohio Counselor Social Work Marriage & Family Therapy Board.Or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) by Ohio Counselor Social Work Marriage & Family Therapy Board.Or Licensed Independent Marriage and Family Therapist (IMFT) by the Ohio Counselor Social Work Marriage & Family Therapy Board.
- American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Certification
- Experience in providing group and individual therapy to adolescents. Preference for those clinicians with experience working with adolescents who are justice-system involved.

The Indian River Juvenile Correctional Facility is a state-operated residential facility in Ohio for youth who have been adjudicated for delinquent or criminal behavior. It provides secure custody while focusing on rehabilitation education and behavioral development.
