To stand up and operate a contracted Role 2 Medical Treatment Facility at Lal-Lo Philippines from April 18 to June 19 2026 providing expeditionary medical support to U.S. military personnel and other authorized beneficiaries.
The Advanced Practice Provider performs and documents patient histories and physical examinations; orders performs and interprets diagnostic tests and procedures; formulates diagnostic impressions; develops and implements treatment plans; and prescribes and furnishes medications and devices in accordance with a collaborative practice agreement or standardized procedures. The role also maintains accurate and timely medical records provides patient and family counseling and education participates in staff meetings case conferences and quality improvement and control activities and supports 24-hour operations patient holding and evacuation coordination requirements.
- Provide routine acute trauma and emergency medical care to eligible beneficiaries within the scope of practice authorized under the contract.
- Perform and document patient histories and physical examinations.
- Order perform and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures as required for patient care.
- Formulate diagnostic impressions and develop and implement treatment plans.
- Prescribe and furnish medications and devices in accordance with a collaborative practice agreement or standardized procedures and all applicable regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with consult with and refer patients to the appropriate healthcare professional based on patient condition and the providers education experience and competencies.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records for all patients in compliance with patient privacy documentation and government record control requirements.
- Complete 100 percent of shift documentation before shift change when documentation is completed in an Electronic Health Record or paper health record.
- Provide counseling and education to patients and families regarding health maintenance disease prevention and treatment plans.
- Participate in staff meetings case conferences quality improvement activities and quality control activities.
- Support patients hold capabilities for up to 72 hours and facilitate evacuation reporting and coordination for patients requiring transfer to a higher level of care.
- Work assigned rotating shifts in a 24-hour operation and remain available for 30-minute recall status when resting as required by the schedule.
- Report to work as scheduled during emergencies disasters adverse weather conditions and periods of high patient volume consistent with contract requirements.
- Complete required in-processing orientation computer training Operational Security training Anti-Terrorism training and Combating Trafficking in Persons training and comply with installation identification and access requirements.
- Completes required organizational compliance education including assigned requirements that are client-specified for Joint Commission Healthcare Staffing Services certification or other regulatory bodies.

Qualifications :
Basic Requirements/Certifications:
- Full unrestricted U.S. Licensure required in a State Territory or Commonwealth (i.e. Puerto Rico) of the United States or the District of Columbia.
- American Academy of Nurse Practitioners American Nurses Credentialing Center National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants or equivalent certification.
- Current valid Drug Enforcement Administration registration.
- Minimum two years of experience in the providers medical field with preference for prior emergency medical services and/or emergency care management experience.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required.
- Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) certification is preferred.
Education Required:
- Physician Assistant (PA) -
- Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant program located in a State the District of Columbia or a U.S. territory. Must be accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA) or one of its predecessors. The degree issuing institution and/or program must be accredited by an entity recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
- Must have and maintain certification as a Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) -
- Graduate from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program located in a State the District of Columbia or a U.S. territory. The degree issuing institution and/or program must be accredited by an entity recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
- Must have and maintain board certification as Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurse Credentialing Center (AANC) or American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
Physical Requirements:
- Must meet pre-deployment physical requirements
- Work involves sitting and standing for prolonged periods of time.
- May require bending stooping and lifting to 25 lbs.
Other Special Qualifications:
- Valid passport with at least 18 months before expiration date. Must maintain a current passport during your stay.

- Must be able to relocate to Philippines for the duration of the project.
