Benda Infotech is Hiring: Entry-Level Healthcare / Pharmaceutical Professionals Multiple Locations (U.S.)
Benda Infotech is currently seeking motivated Entry-Level Healthcare and Pharmaceutical professionals to support our client projects across multiple locations in the United States. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates and early-career candidates who are eager to gain hands-on experience and contribute to innovative healthcare and life sciences initiatives.
As part of our team you will work alongside experienced professionals supporting clinical regulatory quality and operational functions within leading healthcare and pharmaceutical organizations.
Salary: $65000 $78000 annually (based on role location and experience)
Location: Multiple Locations across the United States (On-Site)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
Assist in clinical laboratory or pharmaceutical operations depending on project requirements
Support documentation for regulatory compliance (FDA GMP HIPAA)
Participate in quality assurance and quality control processes
Help maintain accurate records reports and data analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D clinical and operations
Assist in process improvements and validation activities
Ensure adherence to healthcare and pharmaceutical industry standards
Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Life Sciences Pharmacy Biotechnology Biomedical Sciences or a related field
Strong understanding of healthcare/pharmaceutical fundamentals
Knowledge of regulatory standards such as FDA GMP or HIPAA is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with clinical research processes or pharmaceutical manufacturing
Exposure to quality systems validation or regulatory documentation
Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel SQL or similar)
Understanding of clinical trials drug development lifecycle or lab practices
Internship or academic project experience in healthcare/pharma settings
