RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coach develop and inspirethe sales team to exceed their goals.
Drive accountability and daily execution of key activities.
Build relationships with team members and customers alike.
Manage inventory ordering merchandising and dealer trades.
Desk deals manage gross logs and RDR vehicles.
Train and assist the team in deal structuring closing and CRM best practices.
Work closely with the General Manager to hit all department objectives.
REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED (minimum).
Proven track recordin automotive sales management.
High-level communication leadership and customer service skills.
Strong understanding of inventory control and CRM tools.
Valid drivers license and clean MVR.
Positive professional and performance-driven.
Strong work ethic Teamwork mindset integrity moral character and performance
