- Develop and deliver training programs on Lean Six Sigma Kaizen 5S and other CI methodologies
- Facilitate workshops simulations and hands-on improvement events
- Create training materials SOPs and e-learning modules
- Coach managers and frontline teams on CI tools and problem-solving techniques
2. Process Improvement
- Identify process inefficiencies using data analysis and root cause methodologies
- Lead Kaizen events and cross-functional improvement projects
- Implement waste reduction cycle time improvement and quality enhancement initiatives
- Track KPIs and measure improvement impact
3. Change Management
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Support departments during transformation initiatives
- Mentor CI champions and Green Belts
4. Data & Reporting
- Collect and analyze operational data
- Develop dashboards and performance reports
- Present improvement results to leadership
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Industrial Engineering Manufacturing or related field
- 37 years of experience in process improvement or operations engineering
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in training or facilitation
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of ERP/MES systems
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel Minitab Power BI)
- Project management experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to influence and drive change
