At Alpha One Ford our Parts Department is a critical partner to our Service team and our local wholesale customers. We are a fast-paced community-focused dealership that values teamwork and accuracy. We are looking for a detail-oriented Parts Counterperson who enjoys problem-solving and helping customers get back on the road.
Alpha One Ford is seeking a full-time Automotive Parts Counterperson. This role serves as the primary resource for our internal service technicians and our retail/wholesale customers. You will be responsible for identifying locating and ordering parts with precision ensuring that our shop and our customers have exactly what they need exactly when they need it.

Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Rotating Saturday morning shift
- 7:30 AM 5:30 PM (Typical)
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Assist retail and wholesale customers in identifying and purchasing parts over the counter and via phone.
- Internal Support: Swiftly fulfill parts requests for our service technicians to minimize vehicle downtime.
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving binning and cycle-counting inventory to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Order Processing: Manage special orders and core returns ensuring all documentation is filed correctly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Automotive Parts Counterperson preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts cataloging.
- Proficiency with computer systems and the ability to learn Ford-specific software.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional attitude with a focus on teamwork and accuracy.
