Overview
A growing organization is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to oversee HR across a multi-entity platform that includes healthcare services a network of nursing homes and related ventures.
This role requires a senior leader who can bring both structure and perspective someone who understands how to manage complexity while keeping execution grounded and effective.
The right candidate will serve as a key partner to ownership ensuring that HR operates consistently supports growth and provides clear direction across all entities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead HR strategy and execution across multiple organizations
Oversee employee relations compliance and workforce structure at scale
Ensure consistency in HR practices across locations and business lines
Partner directly with ownership on workforce planning and key decisions
Build systems that support growth without adding unnecessary complexity
Maintain high standards of professionalism and accountability
Ideal Candidate
Senior HR leadership experience (CHRO VP HR or equivalent)
Experience managing HR across multiple locations or entities
Strong executive presence and communication skills
Strategic thinker with practical execution ability
Comfortable navigating complex environments
HR operates consistently across all entities
Leadership has confidence in decision-making and execution
Systems are structured but practical
The organization is supported by a stable well-managed HR function
