About the Role
Drive sales build relationships and grow a well-established territory in the industrial fluid conveyance market. This outside sales role focuses on hoses gaskets fittings and related solutions for B2B clients.

Essential Functions

  • Drive sales by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
  • Consultatively sell our products and services offering tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Develop action plans and schedules to prioritize high-value targets.
  • Prepare presentations proposals and quotes for current and prospective clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and sales materials.
  • Build strong relationships with clients addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales and support teams for seamless customer service.
  • Participate in marketing events trade shows and seminars to generate leads.
  • Follow up on orders shipping schedules and payment collection as needed.

Experience Education and Skills

  • HS Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
  • 2 years outside sales experience ideally in the industrial hose gaskets or fluid conveyance industry.
  • Experience in value-add or consultative selling a plus.
  • Strong organization planning and prioritization skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems; able to adapt to new technology quickly.
  • Valid drivers license and ability to travel overnight occasionally.
  • Self-motivated high-energy and customer-focused.
