About the Role
Drive sales build relationships and grow a well-established territory in the industrial fluid conveyance market. This outside sales role focuses on hoses gaskets fittings and related solutions for B2B clients.
Essential Functions
- Drive sales by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
- Consultatively sell our products and services offering tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Develop action plans and schedules to prioritize high-value targets.
- Prepare presentations proposals and quotes for current and prospective clients.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and sales materials.
- Build strong relationships with clients addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Inside Sales and support teams for seamless customer service.
- Participate in marketing events trade shows and seminars to generate leads.
- Follow up on orders shipping schedules and payment collection as needed.
Experience Education and Skills
- HS Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
- 2 years outside sales experience ideally in the industrial hose gaskets or fluid conveyance industry.
- Experience in value-add or consultative selling a plus.
- Strong organization planning and prioritization skills.
- Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems; able to adapt to new technology quickly.
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel overnight occasionally.
- Self-motivated high-energy and customer-focused.
