The Role
Join our international customer support team in Barcelona as a Norwegian Speaking Customer Service Representative. Youll be the voice of our brand for Norwegian-speaking customers helping them via phone email and chat. Full training is provided no experience needed.
What Youll Do
Handle inbound customer queries from Norwegian-speaking customers resolve issues efficiently and professionally collaborate with a multilingual team in a hybrid work environment and meet quality and performance targets with the support of your team leaders.
What Were Looking For
Fluent Norwegian (native or near-native level) is essential along with good English communication skills. A positive can-do attitude and strong people skills are a must. No previous experience required we train you from day one.
