Senior School Leidschenveen (SSL) is looking for a part time (0.5FTE) Business Studies teacher from August 2026. Experience teaching Pearson Business BTEC Level 3 diploma will be seen as an advantage. You must already be resident in the Netherlands or possess a right to work visa.
The role will initially be based at Senior School Leidschenveen (SSL) and may require the candidate to work in another campus in the future).
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge and a successful track record in business studies ideally at post-16 level. A willingness to fully subscribe to our school mission Academic Excellence Breadth of Experience and Character & Community (ABC) is fundamental to our appointment to this post.
The Role
Business is taught through the Pearson international level 3 BTEC Diploma and this forms an integral part of the IBCP qualification at post-16. You will be part of a small team of two teachers and will teach engaged and enthusiastic learners in small classes. There will be opportunities to collaborate with business teachers in our sister school (Senior School Voorschoten - SSV) which also offers the same qualification.
Results in the business diploma are very good.
The salary range for this position is 451615 - 614586 gross EUR monthly (full-time) depending on experience. All figures shown are including the 9% holiday allowance.
