Job Summary

As a Business Analyst you will:

Analyze and manage business data and operational processes to support digital and financial technology initiatives.
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to gather analyze and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications for development and technical teams.
Support agile project teams by participating in sprint planning backlog refinement and requirement clarification.
Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
Contribute to the improvement of operational processes and data management practices.
Support integration and analysis involving financial systems and databases such as MySQL.

What You Bring to the Table:

810 years of experience in Business Analysis Data Management or Process Operations.
Experience working in Banking or Financial Technology environments.
Strong exposure to Agile methodologies and collaborative delivery models.
Knowledge of data analysis and database concepts (MySQL preferred).
Proven ability to work effectively in complex stakeholder environments.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Bachelors or Masters level education or equivalent professional experience.

You Should Possess the Ability to:

Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and manage multiple business priorities.
Translate business requirements into structured documentation and process models.
Analyze data and operational workflows to identify improvements and efficiencies.
Collaborate effectively with developers product owners and business teams in agile environments.
Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Adapt quickly in dynamic and evolving project environments.
