A company is seeking a Commercial Contracts Manager to oversee the full quote-to-contract lifecycle ensuring pricing accuracy contract compliance and efficient deal execution. This role partners cross-functionally with Sales Finance Legal and Operations to align commercial strategy with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage pricing models quotes and commercial proposals.
Oversee the full contract lifecycle from quote through execution and renewal.
Ensure contracts comply with legal regulatory and internal standards.
Analyze pricing and contract performance to identify optimization opportunities.
Improve quote-to-contract processes including workflow efficiency and system enhancements.
Coordinate across departments to align pricing terms and deliverables.
Support internal teams with contract guidance training and best practices.
Build reporting tools and dashboards to track contract metrics and profitability.

Qualifications

Experience managing contracts pricing and commercial agreements.
Strong analytical and financial acumen.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

$90000 - $130000 a year
