Job Summary
Are you an experienced retail leader with a passion for people and performance Choice Clothing is seeking an Area Retail Manager to oversee our branches in Gauteng. Lead multiple branches ensuring sales growth operational excellence and outstanding customer service. Manage and develop branch managers and teams to achieve performance targets while maintaining company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee branch operations budgets and KPIs
- Lead mentor and manage branch managers and staff
- Ensure excellent customer experience and compliance with policies
- Monitor stock inventory and financial performance
- Report to senior management on branch performance
- 8 years managerial experience in retail
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Retail-related degree or diploma
