| Duties and Responsibilities | KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESA. CONTENT CREATION AND MANAGEMENT-Execute the content production and management plan to serve specified business objectives-Interface with Business Search Marketing and Analytics-Support the search marketing team to win search rankings for a large keyword portfolio-Regularly update oneself with the latest tools technologies and trends-Knowledge on content management for AppsB. PROCESSES AND CONTENT PERFORMANCE-Study the global best practices-Contribute ideas to refine workflow and processes-Track and analyze content metrics related to production reach traffic consumption and engagement-Continuously track content performance (impact on business and RoI)-Identify opportunities to improve funnel conversion rates through content-Run content related tests and experiments |
| Required Qualifications and Experience | REQUIRED SKILLS-A penchant for writing editing and storytelling-Understanding of how content can drive business in Apps-Hands-on experience working on large content marketing programs-Ability to manage content at scale for multiple channels devices and formats especially mid- to long-form articles and short-length videos-Proven experience in managing a loyal subscriber base-Mobile-first thinking-Exposure to using data and analysis to improve content performance-Comfort with marketing technology platforms-Excellent agency management skillsAPTITUDE-Passion stretch and agility-Stakeholder management and indirect influence-Ability to manage change and ambiguity-Quality orientation eye for detail-Structured analytical thinking-Comfort with numbers-Bias for execution and outcomesPAST EXPERIENCE-2 to 3 years of total experience preferably in a high-growth digital native company-Education in mass communication journalism media |
