Reagent Manufacturing Support Intern
As a Reagent Manufacturing Support Intern youll join a highly collaborative lab team supporting the development characterization and improvement of critical bio-reagent manufacturing processes. This hands-on role spans automated chromatography bioconjugation and process development with a focus on improving product quality and deepening our understanding of key parameters. This internship is a great opportunity to apply coursework in chemistry biology and biochemistry to real-world laboratory challenges. Youll work alongside passionate scientists and engineers contributing to experimental learning cycles and practical problem-solving in a production and R&D lab environment.
What youll do
- Design and carry out laboratory experiments with guidance from experienced scientists and engineers.
- Use biology and biochemistry techniques to prepare solutions and purify test reagents in immunochemistry labs.
- Collect analyze visualize and present data using tools such as Excel JMP and PowerPoint. Document experiments in a lab notebook.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to share findings and support project goals.
What were looking for
- A 3rd- or 4th-year undergraduate student pursuing a bachelors degree in biology biochemistry process engineering or a related field.
- Hands-on laboratory experience through academic coursework in biology chemistry or biochemistry.
- Familiarity with common lab techniques equipment and good laboratory practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A curious problem-solving mindset and enthusiasm for hands-on lab work.
- Attention to detail and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to work independently while staying organized accountable and engaged.
- Comfort working as part of a collaborative team.
