Job Summary

Reagent Manufacturing Support Intern

As a Reagent Manufacturing Support Intern youll join a highly collaborative lab team supporting the development characterization and improvement of critical bio-reagent manufacturing processes. This hands-on role spans automated chromatography bioconjugation and process development with a focus on improving product quality and deepening our understanding of key parameters. This internship is a great opportunity to apply coursework in chemistry biology and biochemistry to real-world laboratory challenges. Youll work alongside passionate scientists and engineers contributing to experimental learning cycles and practical problem-solving in a production and R&D lab environment.

What youll do

Design and carry out laboratory experiments with guidance from experienced scientists and engineers.
Use biology and biochemistry techniques to prepare solutions and purify test reagents in immunochemistry labs.
Collect analyze visualize and present data using tools such as Excel JMP and PowerPoint. Document experiments in a lab notebook.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to share findings and support project goals.

What were looking for

A 3rd- or 4th-year undergraduate student pursuing a bachelors degree in biology biochemistry process engineering or a related field.
Hands-on laboratory experience through academic coursework in biology chemistry or biochemistry.
Familiarity with common lab techniques equipment and good laboratory practices.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A curious problem-solving mindset and enthusiasm for hands-on lab work.
Attention to detail and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Ability to work independently while staying organized accountable and engaged.
Comfort working as part of a collaborative team.
