SUMMARY
Proof of US citizenship nationality and/or permanent resident status in order to comply with all applicable export
and import laws and regulations.
This position handles site support functions for the Ravenswood Plant as directed by the General Manager.
Position also provides support to the other departmental managers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsible for customer and regulatory correspondence and files (will include but not be limited to preparing and
issuing memo reports and filing all documentation)
Calendar management meeting scheduling and lunches for Plant Manager / Ravenswood facility.
Manage and organize purchases of the administration building within budgetary constraints seeking cost savings
wherever possible
Coordinates weekly reports (this includes but is not limited to gathering inputting and distributing weekly reports);
entering departmental purchase requisitions entering Melt Shop sheets and monitoring various office supplies.
May coordinator projects and data analysis specifically related to Ravenswood manufacturing
May prepare presentations reports spreadsheets and graphs; transcribes information of a technical confidential
and/or sensitive nature; enters 6S score sheets for CI department
Will assist or complete travel needs independently coordinate travel arrangements and prepare/submit expense
reports
Research compile summarize and analyze information to formulate correspondence and respond to various
inquiries from internal and external customers. Utilize company personnel at all organizational levels to gather
information to prepare reports
Will screen mail and callers respond to and route inquiries to appropriate personnel as necessary; determine
importance and priority of various issues and determine what major issues should be brought to the attention of
the Plant and/or staff members
Handle highly confidential sensitive and/or critical information files records and reports
Actively promote and ensure clear communication within the site and facilitate inter- staff communication
Coordinate and support TIMET executive and customer site visits tours and lunches. Also support event planning
Develop maintain and update corporate databases as required
Maintain Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) and associated intellectual property documentation for Plant
Coordination of TIMET Ravenswood PPE and Safety Event Program(s)
Provide administrative support to Senior Staff Members as needed; entering safety and training data calling in Workers Compensation claim filing etc
Provide administrative support to the other Departments in the quoting and ordering phases
Organization of all MORs & QORs which include responsibility to obtain and prepare aspect such as lunches/refreshments/meeting space/meeting invites etc.
Work closely with the GM on forthcoming visits to ensure efficient arrival/departure.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Associate degree in business or similar discipline or the equivalent knowledge and experience required; 10 years of related specialized administrative experience.
Ability to interface effectively within all levels of the organization.
