Job Summary:
The Custodian is responsible for ensuring all areas of the dealership are clean organized and well-maintained. This includes showroom floors offices restrooms and service areas. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work and pays attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain showroom floors offices restrooms and common areas
Sweep mop vacuum and dust all designated areas
Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
Restock restroom supplies and maintain cleanliness standards
Clean windows glass surfaces and entryways
Maintain cleanliness of service bays and customer waiting areas
Report maintenance or repair issues to management
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Qualifications:
Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Strong attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
Ability to lift up to 3050 lbs and perform physical tasks
